  1. Refund Eligibility

Bookings canceled48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours before check-inmay be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellationswithin 24 hours of check-inare non-refundable.
  • No-shows without prior cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
  1. Non-Refundable Bookings
  • Some promotional or discounted rates are labeled as non-refundable.
  • Any booking marked as non-refundable at the time of reservation is not eligible for a refund, regardless of cancellation timing.

 

  1. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Any applicable transaction or service fees are non-refundable.

 

  1. Partial Refunds& Modifications
  • Partial refunds may be granted for early check-out, subject to hotel policies.
  • If a booking is modified, the refund amount will be determined based on the revised booking details and applicable fees.

  • In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, SWR may offer full refunds or travel credits at its discretion.
