Cancellation Policies

1. General Cancellation Policy At Stay With RVBM (SWR), we strive to provide flexible and fair cancellation policies for our users. The cancellation terms vary based on the hotel, room type, and booking conditions. We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation policy before confirming your booking. 2. Standard Cancellation Terms  Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.  Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the check-in date may incur a 50% cancellation fee.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.  No-shows without prior cancellation will result in 100% charge of the booking amount. 3. Non-Refundable Bookings Certain discounted rates or promotional bookings may be labeled as non-refundable. These bookings are not eligible for any refund in case of cancellation or modification. 4. Refund Processing  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.  Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.  Any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable. 5. Modifications to Bookings  Modifications to bookings are subject to hotel availability and may result in additional charges.  Some hotels may allow date changes with no extra cost, while others may impose modification fees. 6. Force Majeure & Special Cases  In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, special cancellation policies may apply.  SWR may offer full refunds or travel credits in such scenarios at its discretion. 7.
